France National Day Celebration Ends in Massacre as Dozens die after Truck Heads into Crowd

A truck filled with arms and grenades ploughed head on into a crowd celebrating on July 14, which is Bastille Day – French National Day, while a fireworks display had just finished.

The Mayor of the region Christian Estrosi reported they are treating it as a terrorist attack and over 70 people have been declared dead so far.

The truck driver has been shot dead.

 The mayor shared his condolences with the families of the victims and offered an information line people can call, as him and his team assess the situation.
